1. General warning
1.1 Hôtel des Galeries – NCC SA (hereinafter referred to as “Hôtel des Galeries”), operated by Groupe Choux de Bruxelles SA, respects the privacy of its users (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).
1.2 Hôtel des Galeries processes personal data transmitted to it in compliance with applicable laws, particularly the Law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy and its implementing decrees.
1.3 Access to the www.hoteldesgaleries.be website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) implies the full and unconditional acceptance by the user of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), as well as its General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”).
1.4 The User acknowledges having read the information below and authorizes Hôtel des Galeries to process, in accordance with the terms specified below, the personal data that they provide on the Site as part of the service offered by Hôtel des Galeries (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
1.5 Hôtel des Galeries may modify and adapt the Policy, particularly to comply with any new legislation and/or applicable regulations (such as Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, applicable since May 25, 2018).
1.6 This Policy applies to all pages hosted on the Site and all data collected through it. It does not apply to third-party websites that Hôtel des Galeries may link to, whose privacy policies may differ. Hôtel des Galeries declines any responsibility for data processed on these third-party sites.
1.7 The provision of certain personal data may be required to access specific sections of the Site (e.g., reservation forms). If the User does not provide this data, access to certain services may be restricted.

3. Collected information
3.1. Data actively provided by the User
By browsing the Site, filling out forms, or interacting via Hôtel des Galeries’ social media accounts, the User allows Hôtel des Galeries to collect and store the following information:
- Identification data: name, first name, email address, date of birth, and contact details.
- Banking information: necessary for the Service (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT numbers).
- Billing details.
- Correspondence between the User and Hôtel des Galeries.

8. Data on minors

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
9.1 This Policy is governed by Belgian law.
9.2 In case of dispute, the Brussels courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.3 Before taking any legal action, the User agrees to attempt an amicable resolution with Hôtel des Galeries.
